Beatrice
All of our students are extraordinary and have overcome a lot in their education journey. While we’d like to tell all of their stories, let’s start with some stories selected especially for you.

Beatrice
University Co-sponsorship
Beatrice’s journey is one of resilience and determination. Growing up in a Maasai village, she was born as the second of seven children to her mother, the third wife of a herdsman. In a family of 22, sustained by small-scale farming and livestock keeping, education for girls is often not a priority. Many young girls in her community face early marriage, limiting their opportunities for a brighter future.
Determined to change her story, Beatrice was placed at Dream Children’s Home, where she could focus on her education. Through hard work and perseverance, she recently completed high school with an impressive B-, qualifying her for university. She dreams of earning a Bachelor’s degree in Education and using her knowledge to empower students in her community—especially young girls who, like her, deserve a chance to learn and thrive.
Beatrice has a co-sponsor, but she still needs additional support to begin her university journey. Your contribution can help her achieve her dreams and create lasting change in her community. Join us in making education possible for Beatrice! Co-sponsor her today!

About this Sponsorship
Co-sponsoring Beatrice’s university education is $1080 a year, or $90 per month. This amount, in addition to what another sponsor will put in, will cover the student’s tuition fees, monthly upkeep, accommodation, and medical care.
The Sponsor Experience
-
Cassie and Elijah
“When we signed up to sponsor our students, we hoped it would help improve their lives. What we didn’t expect was how it would change ours.
Our students have become our teachers about life, gratitude, optimism, and finding joy in each moment. Supporting an education is a direct investment into these students and their future. Through a sponsorship with Moja Tu, you have the opportunity to create a meaningful relationship with a student that will change not only their life, but yours as well.”
