Sponsor a Student
All of our students are extraordinary and have overcome a lot in their education journey. While we’d like to tell all of their stories, let’s start with some stories selected especially for you.
Mary
High co-sponsorship
Mary is a determined and resilient young woman in her final year of high school. She lives at Manaseh Children’s Home, one of our partner homes, where she found refuge after her single mother, an alcoholic, could no longer care for her. Despite losing two years of school in her childhood, Mary’s spirit remained unbroken. She has been performing well academically and is on track to complete high school this year with the hopes of joining a university.
Mary’s charming smile and unwavering optimism light up every room. She is a nurturing presence at the children’s home, always caring for the younger kids. Her passion for uplifting Manaseh Children’s Home and her community is evident in everything she does.
By co-sponsoring Mary’s education, you will help her achieve her dreams and break her family’s cycle of poverty. Your support will empower her to continue her studies and become a beacon of hope for others in similar situations. Join us in supporting Mary. Co-sponsor her today and be a part of creating a brighter future for her and her community.
About this Sponsorship
Co-sponsoring Mary’s secondary education is $600 a year, or $50 per month. This amount covers his tuition fees and buys him school supplies, uniforms, shoes, and other personal effects required to live at boarding school.
The Sponsor Experience
-
Cassie and Elijah
“When we signed up to sponsor our students, we hoped it would help improve their lives. What we didn’t expect was how it would change ours.
Our students have become our teachers about life, gratitude, optimism, and finding joy in each moment. Supporting an education is a direct investment into these students and their future. Through a sponsorship with Moja Tu, you have the opportunity to create a meaningful relationship with a student that will change not only their life, but yours as well.”
