Sponsor a Student

All of our students are extraordinary and have overcome a lot in their education journey. While we’d like to tell all of their stories, let’s start with some stories selected especially for you.

Brian

University Co-sponsorship

Meet Brian, a resilient and driven young man from Laikipia, Kenya. He’s the firstborn in a family of three. His single mother is a casual laborer whose income barely sustains their basic needs.

Despite these challenges, Brian’s drive to succeed burns brightly. He recently completed his high school exit exams with a commendable B-. Brian has set his sights on pursuing a career in pharmacy. He aspires to become a beacon of support not only for his immediate family but also for his broader community, where access to healthcare is often limited.

He is a role model for his siblings, demonstrating the power of hard work and determination. With aspirations to break the cycle of poverty that has affected his family, Brian is committed to realizing his dreams and making a lasting impact in his community.

His sponsor is committed to paying half of her school fees. We are thus looking for a co-sponsor who will join hands with Brian’s sponsor to ensure he continues with his education. Join us in empowering Brian to achieve his dreams and create a lasting impact.

About this Sponsorship

Co-sponsoring Brian’s university education is $1080 a year, or $90 per month. This amount, in addition to what another sponsor will put in, will cover the student’s tuition fees, monthly upkeep, accommodation, and medical care.

The Sponsor Experience

  • Cassie and Elijah

“When we signed up to sponsor our students, we hoped it would help improve their lives. What we didn’t expect was how it would change ours.

Our students have become our teachers about life, gratitude, optimism, and finding joy in each moment. Supporting an education is a direct investment into these students and their future. Through a sponsorship with Moja Tu, you have the opportunity to create a meaningful relationship with a student that will change not only their life, but yours as well.”
