Sponsor a Student
All of our students are extraordinary and have overcome a lot in their education journey. While we’d like to tell all of their stories, let’s start with some stories selected especially for you.
Faith
High school
Faith is an exceptionally articulate and driven young girl with a heart full of ambition. After facing financial struggles at home, she was brought to Manaseh Children’s Home in Class 2, where she has flourished despite the odds. Her mother, a casual laborer working on local farms, couldn’t afford her education, but Faith’s resilience has never wavered.
Faith joined junior high school this year and has consistently earned impressive grades. Her goal is to become a teacher and inspire future generations. She particularly excels in Integrated Science and Math, her favorite subjects.
A natural leader, Faith was appointed Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) leader at her school, where she actively pursues her passion for animals and environmental conservation. In addition to her academic achievements, she enjoys playing soccer and is an enthusiastic reader in her free time.
By sponsoring Faith, you’re supporting her education and nurturing a future educator and leader eager to uplift her community. Join us in empowering Faith to realize her dreams. Sponsor Faith today.
About this Sponsorship
Sponsoring a secondary student is $1,020 a year, or $85 per month. Co-sponsoring a secondary student is $600 a year, or $50 per month. This amount covers the students’ tuition fees, and buys school supplies, uniforms, shoes, and other personal effects required to live at boarding school.
The Sponsor Experience
-
Cassie and Elijah
“When we signed up to sponsor our students, we hoped it would help improve their lives. What we didn’t expect was how it would change ours.
Our students have become our teachers about life, gratitude, optimism, and finding joy in each moment. Supporting an education is a direct investment into these students and their future. Through a sponsorship with Moja Tu, you have the opportunity to create a meaningful relationship with a student that will change not only their life, but yours as well.”
